Sales Tax & International Duties
Sales Tax: (US customers)
As a Nevada-based company, we are legally required to collect a sales tax (7.475%) on all orders shipped within Nevada. If your order is being shipped within Nevada, this tax will be added during the checkout process. The sales tax does not apply to all orders shipped outside the state of Nevada.
Duty / Importation Tax: (International customers)
International orders are subject to applicable import duties, taxes and customs. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. WatchesByDesign is not responsible, and does not assess, duties/taxes imposed by countries or regions outside the United States.
The final value of an order, provided by WatchesByDesign, ONLY includes the item/s prices and shipping costs. Simply contact your local customs office to find out whether you need to pay additional taxes or duties, or select your destination above.
