2. Order Processing & Actual Shipping Times:

We begin processing your order on the same day, if your order is completed and verified* before 1PM MST M-F on a regular business day.  We begin processing your order on the following business day, if your order is completed and verified* after 1PM MST M-F on a regular business day, on a Saturday, on a Sunday or on a US Public Holiday. 

*We take our customers’ privacy and security, and credit card fraud, seriously. Your order may be flagged by our anti-fraud department.  In such a case, your order may be delayed for up to two business days, for the purposes of completing the verification process.  If your order is delayed due to verification, shipping charges which may have been impacted will not be refunded.      

Note that we verify both billing and shipping addresses, such that if you submit an alternate shipping address, your order may be delayed.  Your order will generally be shipped out within one to three business days pending verification.  Shipping time also depends on merchandise warehouse location.  Note that we fully insure all products we send to you during transit.

3. Arrival at Your Address

You will be required to sign the package with your cardholder signature and show identification when it arrives at your address.  In case you cannot be at your address when required, UPS allows you to choose whether you would like to pick up the package from their location.

Once your purchase has been shipped, ADDRESS CHANGES ARE NOT PERMITTED.

4. Repair/Refund/Exchange Shipping Information

To WatchesByDesign-
You are responsible to cover all shipping costs to WatchesByDesign.  Please use a reputable shipping company only, and please insure package for full retail value.  International customers- please ensure to declare your parcel as a RETURN.  Failure to do so will mean that your parcel will not clear customs, delaying the repair turnaround time. 

From WatchesByDesign-
Please choose your shipping option from WatchesByDesign (see section 1 above) for a repair/refund/exchange, and be sure to include payment with your watch. 

*Fraudulent orders: Please note that we use various tactics, including third party verification companies, to confirm all orders against fraud.  Should your order be flagged as possible fraud, you may incur a delay in your order's processing and shipping time. We do NOT ship to transshipment addresses.
