Warranty Information
Products sold by WatchesByDesign.com are solely under the warranty and protection of the company. As such, the warranty our company offers is thoroughly identical to that of the product's manufacturer, covering exactly what the manufacture would cover. Namely, this excludes:
In addition, damaged resulting from severe wear and tear, accidental or intentional abuse, conditions exceeding the manufacturer's limitations (ex. water resistance) are not covered under the warranty. Furthermore, the warranty becomes void should any repair or attempt at repair be performed on the product by anyone other than WatchesByDesign.com, including battery changes. The length of the warranty we offer is exactly of the same nature as that of the manufacturer's. Such information can be found in the paperwork included with your product. Please note that the customer is also responsible for any shipping and handling costs related to warranty service.
