WARRANTY CARD

Your purchase will be delivered with a WatchesByDesign Warranty Card.

WARRANTY COVERAGE & PROVIDER

Your warranty is provided by WatchesByDesign, as opposed to the manufacturer*.  Nevertheless, your WatchesByDesign Warranty is equivalent to the manufacturer’s warranty**.

Your WatchesByDesign Warranty does cover the battery replacement for the entire lifetime of your timepiece.

Your WatchesByDesign Warranty is transferrable, excluding the free lifetime battery replacement.

Your WatchesByDesign Warranty does not cover damage resulting from a) accidental/physical abuse, b) excessive wear and tear, and/or c) wear under conditions that exceed the manufacturer’s limitations on water resistance.

Your WatchesByDesign Warranty is effective only at WatchesByDesign.  Should you choose to send your watch back to the manufacturer for repair, it is at the discretion of the manufacturer whether to provide free or paid service*.  Should the manufacturer decide to charge you a fee, your WatchesByDesign Warranty will not cover the costs associated with the service.

CONDITIONS FOR VOIDING WATCHESBYDESIGN WARRANTY

Your Warranty will be canceled on your timepiece if it is repaired (including battery replacement) or serviced by an individual or company other than WatchesByDesign or the manufacturer. 

WATCH REPAIRS UNDER WATCHESBYDESIGN WARRANTY

In the event that your watch requires repair, our professional watchmakers will conduct repairs in-house.  In such a case, you should receive your watch back within 14 business days.  Should your watch repair be beyond the scope of our repair service professionals, we will send your watch for service, to the original manufacturer.  In such a case, your watch will be returned to you within 6 weeks, depending on the kind of repair required.

*The manufacturer does not provide your warranty card because we are not authorized dealers of all brands we offer.  We sell at discounted rates so we do not follow pricing guidelines provided by manufacturers. Therefore, we are not considered authorized dealers as defined by manufacturer, even though all of our products are 100% new, authentic and genuine.
**Excluding the following components: bracelet, crown/stem, strap, watchcase, plated and non-plated finishes.
