Bvlgari Timepieces
Bvlgari timepieces, located in Neuchatel, began production in 1980. Currently, Bulgari Time has a workforce of 500 people. Bulgari collections include the Assioma, Rettangolo, Diagono, Ergon and Bulgari-Bulgari. The Assiomo Multi Complication timepiece was presented at BaselWorld 2006. It features second time zone, perpetual calendar and tourbillon. Tony Stark wore a Bulgari Diagono complication watch in “Ironman” in 2008. Tom Cruise wore a futuristic Bulgari watch in “Minority Report” in 2002.
The trademark BVLGARI symbol is generally written in ancient Roman style, and comes from the last name of Sotirios Boulgaris, the company’s Greek founder, who was born in 1857, and died in 1932.
